A Journey to Embodied Freedom

Becoming Embodied is an invitation.

An invitation to come home to your body.

To reclaim your voice.

To honor your desires.

To awaken the erotic energy that lives at the core of your being.

My Philosophy

As a licensed psychotherapist, retreat facilitator, and speaker, I founded Becoming Embodied as a sanctuary for women and couples who are ready to move beyond performance, disconnection, and external validation—and into a deeper, truer relationship with themselves and each other.

  • I believe embodiment is a portal to empowerment.

  • I believe erotic energy is not just sexual—it’s creative, intuitive, alive.

  • I believe pleasure is medicine.

  • And I believe in the transformative power of safe, soulful spaces where all parts of you are welcome.

Becoming Embodied exists to help you feel again—fully, unapologetically, and with reverence.

What I Offer

Through immersive workshops, soul-stirring retreats, intimate couple's intensives, and dynamic keynote talks, I weave together over a decade of clinical experience, a rich background in sexology, energy healing, and psychology, and a gift for creating powerful, playful, and profound experiences.

Whether you're stepping into your erotic power, exploring conscious kink, reigniting intimacy, or learning to trust the wisdom of your body, you'll find a space here to explore, express, and expand.

My offerings blend science and soul—drawing from neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and radical pleasure practices.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

✦ Is this therapy?

No—this is coaching, not therapy. While I hold advanced degrees in psychology and counseling and draw on empirically supported tools (like Gottman practices, somatic techniques, and attachment theory), our work together is future-oriented, embodied, and growth-focused, not clinical diagnosis or treatment.

Coaching focuses on expansion, creativity, and personal or relational development. If you are actively navigating trauma, mental health concerns, or a crisis, I may recommend additional therapeutic support alongside or prior to coaching.

If you’re ready to move beyond surface-level healing and step into full power of your embodied self, you’ve found your sanctuary. Here, vulnerability is strength, pleasure is sacred, and your whole self is welcome.
