A Journey to Embodied Freedom
I believe every woman holds the power
to create a luscious life
One filled with connection, joy, and unapologetic aliveness. My work is about helping women reclaim that power by harnessing their erotic energy, but to understand the depth of why I do this work, you need to know my story.
My childhood wasn’t an easy one.
The man I called my father left deep scars from emotional abuse. I wasn’t good enough. I wasn’t worthy of love. On top of that was a legacy of body shame, passed down from my mother’s fraught relationship with food and her own body.
My story of empowerment begins with a moment that shattered everything I thought I knew about myself. I discovered I was donor-conceived—a truth that left me staring at the mirror, bursting into tears, and asking, “Who am I?” I didn’t just feel lost; I felt invisible.
A friend asked, “Is there any part of you that feels relieved?” Her question cracked something open in me. I burst into tears and felt my sense of self splinter. But through that pain, I became free from the stories that had defined me.
I decided to reclaim my power and rewrite my fate.
I had enrolled in a PhD program to earn the title of “Dr.” so I could feel smart enough. But deep down, I hated research. I finally walked away from my PhD program. It was one of the hardest and most liberating decisions of my life.
I began to explore the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and psychology—the three pillars that now form the foundation of my work. I started mentorship with Pamela at Back to the Body, and for the first time, I allowed myself to entertain the idea that I am worthy of love and connection. I started dating, not to prove anything, but to open myself to vulnerability and possibility.
I learned how to excavate the shadows—to bring the unconscious beliefs that were running my life into the light, so I could consciously choose a new path. As Carl Jung said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Now, I guide women on their own journeys of reclamation. My mission is to help you release the stories that have kept you small—the stories that whisper “you aren’t enough”. I want you to come home to the truth of who you are. Embodied. Liberated. Whole.
This isn’t just about sexuality; it’s about freedom. Freedom from the cages we build around ourselves. Freedom to live fully, deeply, and sensually.
If you’re ready to let go of what no longer serves you and step into the fullness of your being, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Let’s begin your journey home to embodiment.
